Here is a summary of some of the services I will be providing for you when selling your home:


Home Valuation & Pricing
I will provide detailed comparative market analysis for your local market, showing you the most recent sold and active properties and reviewing them in detail. I will use statistical data from the Powerful MLS System Boards for the Oakville and Milton District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the Toronto (includes Mississauga) Board (TREB) and the Real Estate Board of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) to assist in pricing your home competitively and appropriately for your needs, taking into consideration not only pricing, but timing and market conditions in order to position your home in the most favourable position to fetch top dollar and assure a quick and seamless transaction. 


MLS Listing

I will take room measurements and describe all features of your home in detail and advertise it on the Multiple Listing Service, the CREA's powerful listing tool used by industry professionals, as well as the Public website, REALTOR.CA.  As a full member of all 3 boards, your home will be featured prominently on the MLS System and will be sent out to clients days before being availble on the Public REALTOR.CA site.    Buyers looking for a home with your characteristics who are set up a search will receive your listing almost immediately, depending on their preferred search parameters.  Your listing will be showcased with professional photographs and a virtual tour and information from this site will be pulled from the system to many other real estate websites sites such as Point2, Home Finder, Remax.ca, and Remax International, etc. to name a few.


Curb Marketing

A large, eye-catching Re/Max sign on a POST will be placed prominently on your lawn.  Buyers driving by will be able to call the listing brokerage for information and speak to the listing agent.  The sign is an integral part of the marketing of your property, especially in high demand neighbourhoods where buyers actually drive by areas of high interest and make preliminary decisions based on this curbside look. 


Print Marketing

Full colour brochures with professional high definition photography on a high quality stock will enable buyers to take something with them after a showing to remind them of the wonderful features of your home.  Just listed cards will be mailed to homes in your neighbourhood within days of your home being listed for sale on the Multiple Listing Service.


Home Staging

I will provide basic home staging as a part of my full commission fee structure, which includes paint consultation, editing recommendations and basic accessorizing.  Full staging services can be negotiated as needed.  Staged homes generally sell faster and for money and allow the homes features to be showcased.  See my staging page to see some of my before and afters!


Newspaper Print Ads

Newspaper Advertising will be done in the local real estate section, preferably front page as available.

Open Houses

Agent Open Houses will be scheduled to caravan agents through new listings once going onto the Multiple Listing Service.  Public Open Houses can be scheduled at any time on as needed or requested basis.

Ongoing Management & Feedback

Feedback will be monitored on an ongoing basis with weekly communication summaries and specific communication as needed.  A feedback email from Re/Max Aboutowne (from me) will go out immediatley following showings and feedback will be forwarded unfiltered to you.  Additionally I like to call agents directly on the cell phone and keep track of comments and trends. I promise to provide ongoing feedback and work closely wiith you to make the sale of your home as seamless as possible.
